Terms of Service.

Professional Beauty Bar (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a hair salon located at 560 N Washington Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34236. You can reach us at (941) 600-7459 or hello@professionalbeautybar.com. Online booking is powered by Vagaro at vagaro.com/professionalbeautybar.

Appointments are reserved through Vagaro. A valid payment method may be held on file to reserve a chair; you are charged in salon after your service. Every color, extension, keratin and cutting service begins with a seated consultation. If the goal requires more than one session, we build a plan and confirm timing and cost before starting.

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged 50% of the reserved service; no-shows may be charged 100%. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rebooked out of respect for the next guest.

We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and Affirm financing where eligible. A 5% cash discount is available. Salon services are personal and non-refundable; if you are not happy with your service, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a redo at no additional charge with your original stylist.

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire. Memberships auto-renew monthly on Vagaro and can be paused or cancelled with 30 days notice. Deposits for extensions or multi-session color are applied to your final invoice and are non-refundable if you cancel inside 24 hours of your first appointment.

Please disclose allergies, medications, scalp conditions and any recent chemical services (including box color or henna in the last two years) at consultation. We may recommend a 48-hour patch test before color services. We reserve the right to decline a service that we believe is unsafe for your hair or scalp.

Professional Beauty Bar Appointment Messaging.

Program description.

We send appointment-related text messages (SMS/MMS) for the following purposes: booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation and reschedule notices, two-way conversation about a scheduled visit, and occasional service or promotional updates when you have opted in. Messages are sent by Professional Beauty Bar through our booking and messaging providers (including Vagaro and their downstream SMS carriers).

How consent is collected.

You provide express written consent to receive text messages when you: (a) provide a mobile number while booking an appointment on Vagaro or in salon and agree to the notice presented at that step; (b) reply START or YES to a message from us; or (c) submit your mobile number in a form on our website that explicitly asks for SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency.

Message frequency varies. You should expect up to approximately 8 messages per month related to your appointments, plus occasional promotional messages if you opt in.

Fees.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan – we do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt out & help.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP, email hello@professionalbeautybar.com, or call (941) 600-7459.

Carriers & privacy.

Supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how SMS data is handled.

This website is provided “as is” for informational and booking purposes. Live pricing, availability and service definitions are managed on Vagaro and may change without notice. All salon photography, brand marks and copy are the property of Professional Beauty Bar and may not be reused without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
